Heroic Bids Farewell To Davai Lama
The Heroic Dota 2 team has announced yet another roster change, as offlaner Davai Lama has been removed from the active roster.
According to the organization’s official statement, Davai Lama’s contract has run out, and both parties have decided not to renew the contract, seeking new challenges ahead of the new year.
The 24-year-old relocated to South America to play for Heroic in January 2024, meaning his contract was set for exactly a year. During his stint with the roster, Davai Lama helped Heroic become the most competitive team in the South American region, qualifying for most LAN events and even winning PGL Wallachia Season 2 which marked the first Tier 1 win for the region.
Previously, the South American squad kicked Parker due to behavioral issues, but the carry player singled out Davai Lama in his personal statement, saying the offlaner was lacking commitment to the team and the game.
The Belgian is yet to release an official statement from his end, but his replacement on the Heroic team remains unclear.
