Evil Geniuses support ??Jesse "JerAx" Vainikka has left Dota 2 team on Valve's registration site. The club hasn't made an official announcement yet.
Esse joined Evil Geniuses in November 2021. With him, the team finished second at the North American Regional Final in February and also received an invitation to the ESL One Stockholm Dota Major 2022. However, the team finished last in Group A and left the championship and didn’t earn any prize money.
Before the roster change, Evil Geniuses had 650 DPC points and an interim 10th place among all teams. After the DPC Summer Tour, the top 12 teams will receive direct invitations to The International 11.
